Magic Feature – Pepsi Max & Dynamo
Movies based around magic and illusion aren’t as common place as you might expect, however as the recent success of Now You See Me has proven, the air of intrigue surrounding the genre is a sure-fire way to bring in an audience.
2013 has seen two such films, the aforementioned Now You See Me and The Incredible Burt Wonderstone, while in recent years we also saw the success of Martin Scorsese’s Hugo and the beautiful, if lesser known French animation The Illusionist (L’illusionniste) in 2010.
A host of big names have put their names to magic films in the past, 2006 saw two such films The Illusionist, starring Edward Norton and Jessica Biel and Christopher Nolan’s The Prestige, which saw Hollywood heavyweights Christian Bale, Hugh Jackman and Michael Caine come together in a film that is considered by many to be the greatest film about magic and illusion ever made.
It is this indescribable feeling that comes hand in hand with magic that leaves us wanting more and Pepsi Max has teamed up with Dynamo and as you can see by the reaction of Amplify Dot in this video, the feeling of amazement is the same for everyone – leaving the audience and participants speechless at what they have witnessed!

With magicians like Dynamo on the scene and with the help of Pepsi and Hollywood, it’s unlikely that the magic genre is going to disappear into thin air anytime soon…
