Awesome Red-Band Trailer For ‘Sorry To Bother You’ Debuts
Working your way through the ranks of any job can be an often draining experience. Spare a thought then for Lakeith Stanfield’s Oakland-based telemarketer Cassius, who ends up adopting a ‘white voice’ to further his ambitions, in this deliriously brilliant first-look at ‘Sorry To Bother You’.
Setting the peculiar tone right from the outset as a long line of cocaine is snorted along with the kind words of one critic, it has already proved a hit at Sundance for first-time director Boots Riley.
Along with Stanfield, the film is set to boast fierce performances from Thor: Ragnarok’s Tessa Thompson, Brooklyn Nine-Nine’s Terry Crews and Call Me By Your Name’s Armie Hammer.
