Following on from the success of Jurassic World , Colin Trevorrow has announced via twitter that the directing duties on the sequel will fall to J.A. Bayona.

Bayona’s previous directing credits include Tsunami disaster movie ‘The Impossible’ and his next feature ‘A Monster Calls’ is due out in October in the UK.
