Anonymous Masseur Suing Kevin Spacey For Sexual Battery

Disgraced actor Kevin Spacey has found himself under fire again, as a lawsuit was officially filed in LA on Thursday accusing the Baby Driver thespian of sexual assault against an anonymous masseur back in 2016.
Spacey has been formally accused of sexual battery, assault, gender violence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment by the masseur, who is represented by esteemed sexual harassment attorney Genie Harrison.
The Plaintiff alleges that he was approached by a third party acting on Spacey’s behalf, in order to provide an at-home massage – a common practice with high-profile clients. When the masseur showed up at the Malibu property he had been instructed to go to, he was led into a dedicated massage room. What followed was Kevin Spacey pointedly locking the door behind them before complaining of “having some pain or discomfort in his groin area” (according to the suit). The Plaintiff then alleges that he was forced to touch Spacey’s genitals at multiple points during the massage.
Following the first instance in which the man’s hand was forced onto “Spacey’s scrotum and testicles”, the Plaintiff politely rebuked Spacey’s advances, but ultimately attempted to continue the well-paying massage. After a short time “Spacey again grabbed Plaintiff’s hand, but this time forced Plaintiff’s hand to rub his penis, scrotum and testicles.”
The accuser then alleges that when the he pulled away and tried to deny the actor’s advances, Spacey attempted to kiss him, before simultaneously grabbing his crotch and offering the Plaintiff oral sex. The Plaintiff kicked up a fuss, and promptly left the residence.
The lawsuit is reportedly seeking undisclosed damages for the trauma and loss of earnings inflicted by Kevin Spacey’s actions.
A spokesperson for the House of Cards actor has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
